Each entry sets out a single case: what happened, when, where, and who reported it. Nothing is here on the strength of a rumor. Where an account is disputed, or a decision was later reversed, the entry says so - because a record that only kept the grievances it liked would be worth nothing. Read them together and the pattern is hard to miss.

- Dublin piano competition barred nine Russian pianists, then reversed the ban ·Dublin, Ireland Roman Kosyakov was one of nine Russian pianists the Dublin International Piano Competition barred in March 2022. The board re-invited all countries in April; he took third prize in May.

We describe what happened and link to where it was first reported. We do not put words into a source, and we do not let an adjective do the work of evidence.
